CMV Truck & Bus has been recognised for excellence in customer service, operational performance and safety innovation, taking home two major honours at the Volvo Group Australia (VGA) Dealer Excellence Awards.
Our Albury/Wodonga dealership was awarded Regional Dealer of the Year, recognising our outstanding performance in customer support, dealership operations and business excellence. CMV Truck & Bus was also presented with the Health, Safety and Wellbeing Award for its innovative ISS First Response roadside assistance model and purpose-built Breakdown App, designed to improve technician safety during roadside breakdown callouts.

CMV Truck & Bus Albury/Wodonga Named Regional Dealer of the Year

Industry-Leading Safety Innovation Recognised with Health, Safety and Wellbeing Award
CMV Truck & Bus was also honoured with the Health, Safety and Wellbeing Award for developing ISS First Response, an innovative roadside breakdown assistance model designed to better protect technicians responding to customer callouts.
Combining a dedicated call centre-led response with a purpose-built Breakdown App, ISS First Response places safety at the centre of every roadside assistance event. The system captures critical information before dispatch, supports on-site risk assessments and improves communication throughout the breakdown process.
The initiative was developed to help ensure technicians can safely respond to roadside incidents and return home safely at the end of every shift.
