What’s required?

• Proof of Ownership document (copy of tax invoice)
• Registered Operators Licence (copy of front and back)
• Truck or trailer Tare Weight (copy of weighbridge or old registration document)
• Truck or trailer modification details (copy of VASS approval certificate)
• Completed Dealer On-Line Authority to Register form (see VicRoads Dealer form below)
• Completed Company Letter of Authority letter – (see sample letter form below)
